ICICI Bank — ecsrtnchg charges returns

Without any communication to the customer how the charges are deducted almost inr 5000/- in the last 10days i don't know what the wrong with icici. Kindly refund the amount. Please explain from 23rd june 2019 to 8th july 2019
Every time inr 472/- deducted. I try to reach a couple of time the icici customer care after 10sec the call gets disconnected.

Updated by Ram4488 again today also deducted from my account ECSRTNCHG for INR 352/- EMI amount I lost more than INR 5000/- this is the case I don't want to continue with ICICI.

Kindly refund the amount ASAP.
