On 7-feb-2019 "ecsrtnchgs" hit my account with "₹412.99" - on 5th of february i had insufficient balance in my account to pay the emi so, it's okay. I had deposited some some amount on my icici account on 11th february to pay the late emi. But, on 12-feb-2019 "ecsrtnchgs110219_sr[protected]" worth "₹413" hit my account where i had enough balance to pay for the emi. I got a message on february 12th at 8:13 am that "your transaction was returned due to insufficient balance" so i went to my icici online banking dashboard & found that i had sufficient balance to pay for the emi so i thought there must be some error from the receiving side so i even contacted hdfc bank for the issue. I have attached the transaction screenshot with the complaint. Note: the emi amount is ₹7406 I am okay with the case of 7th february but i need the refund for - ecsrtnchgs110219_sr[protected] on 12th february 2019. Was this information helpful? | |||||
