[Resolved] ICICI Bank — emi charged despite moratorium activated | |
Hi customer care team, Bank account #[protected] Loan account # - lpmum[protected] Name - nitesh waghela Mobile # - [protected] While i had opted for emi moratorium and there wasn't any deduction of emi on 05th april 2020 & 05th may 2020 (Please note - i have the recordings and proof of emi moratorium applied with icici bank) 1) why is my personal loan account suddenly lien to my bank account? 2) what made lien team to link and debit the emi and charge me bounce charges + gst under emi moratorium active stage? 3) isn't it an offence to debit/lien account inspite customer have opted for emi moratorium? 4) why am i charged bounce charges rs 400/- + gst? 5) my cibil score will also get affected because of such an act. Who is responsible for this mess? I want a quick complete solution, reverse the amount from the account, remove lien and ensure there is no impact in cibil. This is a serious offence. I have all recorded proof of emi moratorium applied. I shall take this matter further along with all proof or may be even to rbi ombudsman if i don't get a proper response from you.
