ICICI Bank, Exihibition Road, Patna Branch — Deduction of ammount of Rs. 1039.94

My name is Ravi Prakash Singh.Ihave a saving account number[protected] in ICICI BANK, Exihibition road, Patna Branch. On date 03/02/14 twice time the ammount of Rs. 1039.94 was deducted from my account in favour of VIN/DIGITAL without my knowledge. After talking with customer care, one ammount of Rs 1039.94 was returned back in my account on 12.02.13. The another amount of Rs 1039.94 is not returned uptill now.
