ICICI Bank — Extra amount which is been charged with transaction amount from non icici atm

As we all knows that there is a new currency issue..so now the thing is that i have done the cash withdraw from Non ICICI atm and ICICI bank charged me 25 rs for each transaction ..y the hell they are charging ..icici atm is not working in my place and they dont have cash in atm also so we dont have any other option by withdrawing cash from other atm..i want my all extra money to be refund asap

Updated by Deepen Gawade See these ICICI people given only 1 transaction amount reversal ..i have done approx 6 to 7 transaction which they had charged me 23 rs in each transaction...i m clearly telling to ICICI that i want refund for all last 5 to 6 transaction

Updated by Deepen Gawade and also wanted to add in complaint that still there ATM machine is not working at my place (Nerul navi mumbai sec 20 west just outside of railway station ) there is only 1 atm and from last 6 months its not working..
