[Resolved] ICICI Bank — fastag delivery delayed | |||
I applied fastag using icici bank web portal on 30th oct 2019. My fastag account no. Is 11445922. Vehicle registration no. Wb24au4873. Registered mobile no. [protected]. The tag was dispatched via blue dart courier to my registered address on 4th nov 2019 via awb [protected]. Blue dart returned the tag to icici mumbai office (Shipper) on 14th nov stated that address un locatable. However, blue dart never called me in my registered mobile number to confirm the direction to reach my address. Same blue dart gave me other deliveries in the same address without having any issues. Since then i kept calling icici customer care toll free number [protected] many times without having any positive outcome. Customer care executive keeps telling you will get your fastag within 2 days, 7 days etc. But till now all such promises are failed. I am unsure about what happened to my fastag and why it is getting delayed. Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 3, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Icici customer support executive called me, reconfirmed the address. I also called bludart customer service and instructed them to call me if they find difficulties to locate address ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
