[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Fine amount not received for false transaction from icici debit card | |||||
Hi, i am harshitha j k, on last year march 10th 2016 i used my icici bank debit card in canara bank atm. But unfortunately i did not receive any amount, the system was just buffering and finally it showed transaction was successful, where 3000/- was deducted from my account. The same issue was took to icici home branch as well canara bank but no response. Later matter was taken to rbi where they instructed banks to credit the money along with the fine. After one year finally on march 10th 2017 i only received 3000/- but not the fine. Hence request you to kindly take necessary action against both the banks. Was this information helpful? | |||||
