I want to know the status of my account and how do i proceed further on

After submiting a complaint on this forum i had received a call from your customer service wherein i was asked to scan and mail the fd certificate to [protected]@icicibank.com and that they would follow up.

I have done the needful and have emailed the document to the id requested, and have not received any response thereafter.

Request you to kindly look into the same.
