[Resolved] ICICI Bank — for wrong credit card billing | |||
I used icici credit card where the limit is 38000 in may i used 38000 the whole amount and after in the june billing i paid the minimum amount which 1999 and after that in july billing i paid the entire amount which was 38770 approx and again in august billing they again charged me over limit fee 590 after calling so may time to customer service not first they do not understand my matter because of their lack of experience and they took a complain against my saving account instead my credit card every body gives different answers regarding solution after five days of complain which i made on 16 th august 2019 today 21 st aug i got a call from the manager from icici and he told me that he can’t do anything i just want to ask they are the people who gives the services to pay minimum amount after paying that the start taking advantage from the customer please help me out Was this information helpful? | |||
