ICICI Bank — Fraud 2021

I used Make My trip and made payment via ICICI card for the flight booking.
Money was debited from my account but Makemytrip is not recognizing the transaction not even letting me dispute it or talk to someone.

I informed ICICI about it, the only solution they have is contact the merchant. I told him Makemytrip is not letting me talk to anyone or even give a email for complaint, ICICI didnt help.

So now after multiple nerve racking conversations Im back to square zero.
No one has helped me and my hard earned money is gone.
