[Resolved] ICICI Bank — fraud charges no support fraud bank | |||||
I had to transfer money to a friend’s account - he wanted some urgent help and i realized that my account has fraud charges - i called the customer service and they said they can’t do anything and i have to wait for 7weeks of investigation. Citibank and standard charted do it in 7 days plus pay the amount upfront - this is a big inconvience for me and my friend needs the money as he has to pay the hospital bill.
