ICICI Bank — fraud..online payment deducted without any notification | |||
Rs14087.84 deducted from my account without any notification or any OTP. I got a msg from the bank that amount has been deducted. I raised dispute with the bank transaction and they told me that it will be refunded if it was not made from end. After 2 months and repeated mail, I got a final revert that it has been closed as merchant has provided proof but the bank has not provided any proof when I asked for the same. Then, they told me to raise a complaint through banking ombudsman as they will look after the issue. I have gone there in person and the associate told me that it will take some time and if needed they will call or ask for some details. I have also raised online FIR for the same. Still got no response from police end nor from banking ombudsman. Now I got a mail from banking ombudsman that my complaint was disposed off without giving me appropriate reason. I have filed online complaint on consumer complaint portal and again raising the same. Please look at it and give my money back. I am ready to give all the information but noone has asked me for the same and just denying the complaint without any research. Was this information helpful? | |||
