[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Fraud online transaction using ICICI Debit Card | |||
Two fraud online transaction was done through my ICICI Bank Debit card on 6th May at 5am. Here are the details: Merchant Name Amount PAYPAL 62.64 PHONEUNLOCK 2816.25 ICICI Bank customer care took more than 20 minutes to respond and by that time I had to log on to my account and block the card online myself. When I visited the Mulund West Branch there was not adequate staff till 9:30. Also they asked me to provide FIR to accept Card Dispute Form which is neither mentioned by Phone Banking Office nor in the Form.
