ICICI Bank — Fraud transaction of 45000 | |||
On 15th March 2017 a FRAUD TRANSACTION of 45000 has been done from my Account Number[protected] at Aprox 01:05 PM. I registered a complaint at Customer Care with Complain No.[protected] on same day. Today when I called on Customer Care Number they told me that we can not help you in this because Merchant (Reliance) confirmed that transaction is made by ATM Pin. I based in Delhi and transaction is made in Mumbai as per the Customer Care, But how its possible if I am carrying my card with myself and I did not shared the details with anyone. Please look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible. It is clear that its a Fraud Transaction by bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
