ICICI Bank — Fraudulent transactions | |||
Hi! I have a ICICI bank account. On 18th Feb17 early morning 0245 Hrs I received messages of deducting amount from my bank. I called customer care and informed executive about the transactions which was not done by me. Complaint was lodged and they assured corrective action will be taken. Today when i visited Gujranwala town Delhi branch was surprised to know that my complaint after investigation is closed and need to contact vodafone as transactions were done to Vodafone and they cant do anything. I am surprised how can they wash their hands. I have deposited my money in bank as it will be secure but was not aware thieves can stole money in bank and bank can back off by saying they cant do anything. Kindly assist me.
