ICICI Bank — Frozen Account Not Activated with in 15 days.

ICICI BANK KRISHNA NAGAR BRANCH Myself Ashish Khobey My Account no[protected] well my account is Frezzed by the bank from last 2 years & when i file a Request to the Bank to Close the Account they required the Cheque Book as well as my ATM for to Submit i had Complete there demands but even then they take more tym to Complete the Procedure of Closure & day by Day they Commit that u can Withdrawal the money with - in one day or two but there Day will not come till yet & on Taday Dated 25/6/2015. they call me up for to withdrawal the money through Cheque when i visit to Bank they said to me that my Account is Frezzed till yet so Ultimately the Bank made fool to me as they Wasted my tym for so Many times the Bank employees Name is Sumeet Anand (Customer care senior citizen) & Swati Singla( Asst Manager) I want to file Complaint Against these two Employees 7 they needs to be get Punished ASAP as u received this Complaint .Alongwith it make it Possible that i can Get My Money a sum of 17300/- Rs .
