ICICI Bank — full closure of credit card account

Sir,
I was holding the credit card of icici bank period from 2007 to 2011. Due to some unwanted circumstances i was settled the account which is shown as settled cibil records.
The account details are as under.
1) a/c no.[protected]
Now i would like to go for full closer of this a/c and get update in the cibil with removal of settled tag.
Kindly let me know the amount payable to close this account.
