ICICI Bank — Funds transferred into wrong account by icici online transfer | |||
We hold a current account in ICICI Bank, Kondva Branch, Pune by the name of audio&aux, account number[protected] On 28/05 we did an online transfer to our customer Krystal Cables account number[protected] ICICI bank holding their account in Cnaught Place Delhi. Unfortunately this one lakh rupees is credited to the account of miss Heemani Singh who is holding a Saving account in ICICI bank kondva branch, Pune Account number[protected]. This was informed to us by our branch at 14:00 hrs on 8th/01/2016 at 12:00hrs the account head of Krystal cables came to our office to tally ledger. On realising the fact that the amount of one lakh rupees transfered on 28/05/2015 was not credited to Krystal Cables we rushed to our home branch. From there we understood the above story. The bank in charge person called and spoke to Ms. Heemani who refused to corporate & slapped the cell phone down on the bank authority.
