I had received one gift card of value 4500/- of icici bank from my company tata steel as a recognition for my contribution towards my company. This card is valid till 02/2020.in the last week we had gone for purchasing cloth with this card but it was not accepted as it was found not in activated condition. On 2.9.2019 I have used my UBI Visa debit card at ICICI bank ATM at Hindmotor, Hooghly, in West Bengal and tried to withdraw Rs.5000 but the transaction declined with error message of code 072 but my account with UBI bank has been debited with the amount.
