[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Harassment | |||
Dear sir/madam I filed a complaint about transferring 25, 000 rupees to wrong account through my corporation bank branch on 2nd july to icici bank. After 1 month follow up with icici bank they c j rajesh customer service manager said “we tried to reach the wrong beneficiary to seek his authorisation to debit his account, however could not establish any contact with the beneficiary.” my first question is how can icici bank registered such account whose contact number, email id and physical address all are fake.
