ICICI Bank — have a problem receiving otps and there is no way to speak to a live person! | |
My mobile number is receiving transaction alerts but cannot receive any otps or use the mobile app or even generate a pin for my new account because i get the message that my mobile number is not registered. The branch says to contact customer care and of course the customer care prompts require you to input your debit card pin which i cannot generate. Why am i getting tranaction alerts but also the message that my mobile is not registered on net banking? Please resolve this asap.
