[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Home Loan & Insurance Refund Amount | |||||
Buying a home is a dream, but organizations like ICICI running our life. After bearing an account with ICICI for about 11 years, thought it would do the needful than government banks(thought I have pre approved loans with SBI & AB). 1) Processed my request through bank bazar and got the contact details of ICICI home loan department relationship manager called '' Dhandapani', Malleswaram Branch, Bangalore 2)When I called him, he said he would call back to me in 5 min, and waited till the evening and didn't get any call. I called back and got a wired response from him saying that, 'I am cancelling your loan requests, why are you calling me in the evening 4pm, and arguing with me that I haven't called in the morning. 3) this starts the torture from ICICI, after couple of complains given through customer care department, tagged with ICICI executives, who doesn't know any process. 4) after so many complains, issues, loan got approved and disbursed with my own struggle 5) problem here is, my loan is approved for 63 lacks and i opted for icici prudential coverage plan, for that they charged 1.58 - 1.6 lacks and which i agreed, but i have taken the loan of 57 lacks only, for which insurance amount should proportionally gets reduced. 6) that executive said, the difference amount will get adjusted to my principle amount, which was not happen from last 2 months. why should I pay the extra amount ? 7) I have called the customer care, and another stupid called 'Murali' who is acting as a floor supervisor bluntly saying that, if you want your money back, you have to wait, as you got the loan from icici. He was talking as if he is giving money from his pocket and he has given the loan for free of cost. Was this information helpful? | |||||
