ICICI Bank — I am not receiving otp in my registered mobile phone | |
I am facing a very strange problem with icici bank internet banking. They are not able to send otp properly. No transaction imps or neft can send otp although they are notifying in email that they are sending otp I can able to pull otp for sometime but not for all the time Their customer care are closed (Really!!!...)... When we are talking about digital banking icici bank close their customer care for covid 19 situation Very unprofessional experience in this tough time...
