ICICI Bank — i do not have demat account with icici bank and still got charged with dp charges of 826rs.

I have no idea why i have been charged rs 826 on transaction date: 30/03/2020 with transaction remarks:dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till feb -20.

This is extreme bad for a bank like icici to make such fraud.
This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

Guys would highly request all of you to not use ICICI bank. They are cheaters and would keep taking out money from your account until you keep a tap. Once you will get to know that you’re being cheated then they will ignore you like a piece of CRAP like they are treating me now, by ignoring and avoiding me. I have my account with them from 6 years and how valuable i am to them.

Icici bank debiting ecsrtnchg charges without any prior notice, this is literally looting. I am going close my account very soon. Its been 1.5 years i have been with icici. all my salary is debited Time has come to switch.

i too found that 757 rs were deducted as per DP charges, although i have neither created nor linked any demat account with ICICI, also on call customer care is endleslly on waiting status. Worst thing is this amount was deducted without any prior notice moreover they havent sent any deduction message on mobile. This is totally unacceptable.
