ICICI Bank — I got a notification that bank is charging some amount as posdec charge

I transferred some amount from my PAYTM account and suddenly I got a notification that bank is charging some amount as posdec charge. At first, I was like it’s not that big amount, but after that they started charging subsequently and on the same day my bank balance was zero. I called CUSTOMER CARE and they were like, PLEASE CALL us tomorrow, their is a different team for this particular issue and I was like what the ### is happening with me.
