ICICI Bank — icici atm transaction failed and money debited. how to get back money

I am SBI Account Holder. I have used ICICI Bank ATM to withdraw money from my SBI Saving Account on 19-12-17 at 17 40 hrs.. Amount Debited from my account but cash not came out. The Details are as follows
ATM Add: Shop No 31 47RTC COLONY.
Physical Location: CSD Canteen Ordnance Factory, Yeddumailaram
