ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank created CIBIL Problem for us.

Dear Sirs, We are very much upset due to a mistake done by us and which also misguided by the ICICI Bank's concerned person. We had a loan from ICICI Bank of 2 lac on the name of my father Mr Arjun Singh Vig. It was taken in 2007-08. We paid fully principal Amount but Additinal interest and cheque bouncing charges were waive off. We are in huge trouble because due to this waive off thing of just Rs 7000 (Approx), our CIBIL is showing it as a SETTLEMENT. Our business is also suffering because our Bank (Punjab & Sind) where our ODP limit is running has made query to rectify the CIBIL's Settlement status for that ICICI loan of 2 lac. Because we applied for enhancement of our ODP limit now. Even NOC has been received of the above said loan. Sir we beg you to please rectify our CIBIL as soon as possible. We are ready to pay you that waive off amount even double. But please help us. We are ready to pay without even delaying a single minute. Our business is also suffering due to shortage of funds and just due to this thing. Our other loans are running good.
