Dear sir/ma'am, I have booked a train ticket using icici bank credit card and using icici website. And later i have cancelled a ticked but abount not credited to my account. I have not received any update regarding my application status for credi card.And when i call you, i have been transferred to different teams.

I attempted to withdraw cash from atm, ATM had no cash. I got debit message .
