ICICI Bank — icici bank - dp chgs till oct-17 | |||
My account has been debited with rs 826 showing the explanation as dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till oct-17 without any intimation or information through sms or email. It happened to be that i checked my transaction history for my bank account where i found this. If these are demat account charges, i have never used this account and would request you to please get this account closed and reverse my money that has been debited. How can icici bank debit accounts without informing the customer and for accounts which were never used? There might be thousands of customers out there whom icici bank might be cheating like this and making money out of this. Was this information helpful? | |||

ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 04, 2017 532006395's response Hiunable to make online transaction since 2nd dec-17. on the day I tried to load money to vodafone mpesa wallet from my account, but it was failed. kindly rectify the issue. | |||
