[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI bank has taken 20,000 rupees from my account without my knowledge. | |||
Please be informed that ICICI bank has taken 20, 000 rupees from my account without my knowledge. On APRIL 1st 2014 I tried to with draw money from sholinganallur HDFC bank ATM and my withdrawal was declined and no amount was deducted from my account. After ten days ICICI bank without any confirmation from me they deducted 20, 000 from my account, As my account had no balance it went in minus. I called up to customer care and raised complaint on the same, they registered the same and messaged to my mobile saying your money will be returned in 7 days of time. That is money should have returned on 23rd APRIL 2014. It did not get re-funded they said this request is closed, so raise one more complaint and we will action it in 24 hrs and refund your money they said. The issue was not resolved and they have taken my 20000 rupees, When I went to Sholinganallur branch ICICI bank they said to wait for 17 more days. The customer care people told if you want you can raise compliant on the same. First issue – for 1st APRIL 2014 declined money how can they deducted after 10 days 10 APR 2014? Second issue – They sent message saying they will refund my money and later they did not refund. Third issue – How can savings account go in minus side, and how can they take my money without my notice. Was this information helpful? | |||
