ICICI Bank — Icici bank haven't got cashback of 2477.38 on purchasing xiaomi mi10i | |||
I purchased an xiaomi Mi10i from 'XIAOMI TECHNOLOGY INDIA PVT LTD' in Vasai on 29th January 2021. icici cash back offer was attached with it which promised to send rs. 2477.38 cash back on paying with icici issued credit card within a span of 90 days which completed on 29th april 2021 but i still haven't received my cash back. Due to covid lockdown the customer care service is also affected and i cannot get to hdfc customer care to complain about the situation. I purchased this phone with icici credit card ending with xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-0008 with emi of 3 months. I have already paid all emi insttalments but the cash back has not been processed to my account.
