[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — icici bank imps fund transfer-timed out, money debited from my account

I transferred rs 39k through imps on 01st june at 12.12 am from icici a/c to syndicate bank a/c.

The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

But i got a message

"dear customer, imps txn ref xxxx for rs.39, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 01-jun-2019 12:12:05. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."
