[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank saving account

Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

Please stop all these.

Dear Mr. Sonawane, Greetings from ICICI Bank. Hope you and your loved ones are healthy and safe. NACH/ECS is an automated clearance process, where there would be no manual intervention. System automatically debits the NACH/ECS amount from your account once we receive the mandate from the biller / bank. The re-execution of the mandate is possible only when the Biller / Bank represents the same. In case of NACH/ECS return due to financial reason, below mentioned charges are applicable. For per instance of NACH/ECS return in a month: Rs. 500 plus 18% Goods and Service Tax (GST) w.e.f. July 1, 2017. The above charges has been clearly mentioned in the Most Important Terms and Conditions duly signed by you at the time of Account Opening. Any official document/agreement signed by the customer is valid and deemed to be understood that, the terms and conditions are read and are acceptable. We are sorry to inform you that we will be unable to process further reversals as we also abide by certain policies. Hence, we request you to keep your account funded one day prior to the date of debit. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve. Bank Digitally and Stay Safe!
