ICICI Bank — icici deducted dp chgs 2 times from my account

I have created account in icici bank in 2014. They have created demat account with my saving account which i was i don't know. Last year in 2018, i have created demat account in 5paisa. Now icici has deducted 850 rs from my account of demat account charges. I have done many complains but nothing happens with it. Yesterday again 42.61 rs deducted from my account and there was only 49 rs balance available in my account so 42.61 is deducted and around 750 rs is pending that i need to pay them. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'dp chgs till ' — inr 42.61'. When i created saving account that time they have create the demat account without asking me, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]. I am really not happy with it. Why amount is deducted without any notification. They really want to sell their demat account that's why they are not confirming to create. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount of both time. My phone number is [protected].

Yesterday I received call from [protected] and he said he is calling from ICICI bank. It looks like fraud call because he was asking me about my other bank details also because right now in my ICICI bank account 0.70 rs balance. So he was trying to ask me about in which bank i have transferred my full balance. Why ICICI official person wants this kind of details?
