Can I know why my account got multiple ECSRTNCHGS charged from 1st January 2021? and why there is no email and SMS communication about this ECSRTNCHGS? Because of this pandemic situation, I lost my job but somehow I managed to pay my outstanding EMIs. And now I am worried to deposit money into my account because of this unknown ECSRTNCHGS and over home loan EMI charges. I contacted so so many people for the past three months but they never replied just keep passing my issues from one person to another. In this pandemic situation every penny counts but I guess ICICI only entertains their big client and not the middle-class people.
