[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici fastag looting customers money | |||
Customer id: 10127973 I had availed three fastag tags as i have icici sb account. While i sold my vehicles i had sent a request through my online login account to close the tags and remit the balance in my sb account. As per the customer care instruction i had enclosed request letter, cancelled cheque, pan card etc., till now there is no action taken on my complaint. Nearly more than one month gone now icici customer care tellling that i have to recharge my account to cancel the tag. Please note that when i give the request the account balance was 1500 now it turn down to 650. Day by day the account has been debited because of not closing tag. Icici fastag is louting the customer. If we contact customer care regarding this issue there is no proper respectable response. Icici fastag deputing unqualified persons as customer care executive where there is no customer values. I am discussing with my lawyer about filing a suit in consumer court so that i can get the remedy with compensation for my mental agny Was this information helpful? | |||
