[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Imps Fund Transfer-timed out, money debited,not credited to beneficiary ,not refunded

I have A/C[protected] with icici bank I have transferred Rs 14500/- using IMPS on 9th sept 2016 at arount 2.00PM to Indian Bank A/C:[protected] HALIMA BEE MODH RAFIK. The IMPS Ref No[protected]. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to beneficiary account . I got message that it timed OUT transaction status will be updated by beneficiary bank in 3 working days today its 15th sep 2016 but still amt not refunded not credited to the beneficiary bank Please Look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible From: Mubarak Ali Shaikh
