ICICI Bank — incorrect payment debit | |||
My icici account has been debited with rs 200.59 incorrectly. Payment shows creditor name as irctc. While complaining to icici, i have received a response that payment is correctly debited. However i haven't booked any ticket on irctc and can confirm that payment was not don by me. I suspect the major fault in icici bank system, kindly assist to get this investigated and get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
