[Resolved] ICICI Bank — incorrect transaction done | |||
I made a transaction of rs 6000/- via paytm upi on 29 mar 2019 to an incorrect mobile number ([protected]). I raised a request for reversal of the payment immidiately to paytm as well as icici bank. Paytm reverted with a response to connect with the bank with the reversal formalities. However, the bank is not ready to support for same, even after providing all the required details. The transaction reference no. Is[protected]. Request you to please help me get the refund asap. The lackadaisical approach of icici will cause me a loss. Was this information helpful? | |||
