Recharged jio number through my jio app using upi. Amount debited from account but recharge for the money has not been made. I request refund from whatever [protected]@icici is because the app says transaction successful and the jio customer care says they haven't received the payment. Deactivate & cancelled one assist plan which is activated in last year.This is very sad to me that when I had checked my account without my written consent.it was foolished me.
