[Resolved] ICICI Bank — [protected]@icici upi fraud | |||||
Actually i have made a recharge from myjio app to my jio number but transaction got failed and amount is deducted from my account. I complained about that to [protected]@billdesk.com and they called me at night and taken another 1047 rupees from my account still the money is not refunded. He said that total money will be refunded along with 1047+399 but nothing happened. What should i do now Was this information helpful? | |||||

ICICI customer support told me that he can see my demat account in his system.
But
1. I never requested to open it.
2. Its not shown in my Internet banking account screen even. Refer screen shot.
3. Did not get any service from ICICI bank on demat account.
Definitely your oversmart executives has opened it without my consent for his own benefit. Got to know from customer care that ICICI bank is deducting amount from my account since last year. But it came to my notice recently only. Very much disappointing. A fraud bank with bunch of crooks.
Want refund of the full amount now.
