ICICI Bank — Inquiry about fund transfer of 20 rs to another sbi account.

Sir on march 2017 i send inr 20 to my another sbi account via your icici app. It shows sucessfully but not credited in to that account. I just wasnt to the status. Even wana know that my amount bring back in my icici saving acount no.[protected]
Please do the needfull

Enclosure: 2 screen shots about the same... As my sbi noida branch said that message has come but money inr 20 credited in to your sbi account. Please tell what to do and arrange a person in my home branch who can teach how to use icici bank app for better banking. Thank you
