[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Intrest levied

Every month i used to pay my dues on time but last month i haven't received your bill on time but still according to my usage i paid my outstanding but there was balance was 2000 and now your bank has charged me interest. I called your toll free for waiver of those charges as i am ready to pay my actual usauge but your customer care team is not at all co-operative. Starting they were ready to take my request but then theu told can't take your request, You will have to mail on given id ( customer.[protected]@icicibank.com ) but i am not getting any response after sending a mail also.
