[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Issue in services | |||||
Kindly look into this as i transfrd 10, 000 rs to icici bank through my other bank account to open an account in your bank to get instant account no.Instead of getting account number the page showes me "your request cannot be proceed now please try later" the amount was already deducted from my other account. One person from your bank his name is vineet jain (Prashant vihar branch) confirm there is no transaction from my side has been done. Transfered amount to get instant acc no. 10000 rs Date of transfer 6 july 2016 around 5 pm Sbi bank confirmed me that transaction was successful and processed Transaction id : ig0chijkm0 Mobile no. Did not got any resolution.A person from ICICI bank called me and said that was a fraud.but i dnot think so because i used a decured gateway to transfer the amount that is eazypay.icicibank.com
Is it a fraud website on which i transferrd the amount.m sorry but 10000 is not a small amount.
Please look into this and provide resolve this on urgent basis otherwise i have to escalate it to the Finance ministry or RBI.
Waiting for your quick reponse as this already have taken more than 10 days.

And why my complaint marked as resolved.its still open
Credit card statement not received for the month of june and hence payment was not made, and late payment charges levied by the bank.
