I have recharge my jio no. [protected] by upi in jio app through [protected]@icici the amount 399/- was deducted but recharge is not done yet, please refund my money or recharge my jio no.

I have got the message from one assistance policy that the insurance of one assist have been renewed, but it has been happen without my consent. I haven't received any call for that.
I don't want to continue the renewal of the policy. Please deactivate the one assistance policy for my debit card.
