[Resolved] ICICI Bank — KYC Submission. Account Locked. | |
My online account was locked as i suppose to update the KYC information. As I am in US for last 2 years, I was asked to do self attest and submit the documents like Passport, Divers Licence, etc. I did the same and it was rejected and gave 3 reasons like photo id missing, KYC form missing and Passport is not visible properly. I resent the docs to ICICI Mumbai branch. I have been communicating with them on this issue in the email from last one month and they use to reply in one day if they founf any issue from my side. But after I resend the docs, I did not hear from them. I resend the email 4 times in last 4 days(each day one), they are not replying. I have about 7L in my account and I am not sure if they want deliberately not to un-lock my account so that the amount will be there untill i come back to India. I put lot of effort from last 2 months to resolve this and each day each agent tells one new thing on the phone. I spent about 30 minutes at least every alternate day.
