[Resolved] Icici Bank — kyc verification rejected by bank

As i have received a mail of kyc verification rejected by bank (Icici).

After that, i found there was issue in my address of my icici account detail.
I have application to branch and update address on the basis of my passport proof.
Same address, i have mention in enps account detail. Then, i went to my selected bank branch to verify
My updated kyc detail with new enps registration form to authorised and stamped by the bank.
They have checked everything is proper now but they saying they have no any procedure to make stamped with bank official's employee id.
They said, they can provide only bank statement to check address has been updated as in enps registration form.

Now suggest me what to do in this case?
