ICICI Bank — lady staff misbehaving

I have a saving account in pilikthi branch Kaladungi Road Haldwani branch.The lady staff was on duty at cash counter misbehave with me and tell that close your account from this branch. She gave me immediately closer letter for closing my account .She told me that i will do the work as i want. If I’m taken my mobile I my hand than she will call to police saying I’m recording in bank.You are request to listen the voice recording. Now you are requested to inquire about that or i am going to close my account

Hum ek chote vyapari hai Haldwani me hamara shop to shop supply ka kam hai hamare pass 10&20 ki currency hoti hai jis vajah se pilikothi kaladhungi Road Haldwani branch me baithne wale cashier hame roj pareshan karte hai

Updated by Manish dixitt Uski misbehaving ki hamare pass voice recording thi .. jis company me hum kam karte hai humane unse kaha k aaj vaha cash jama nahi ho payega lady cashier vaha aane ko mana kar rahi hai aur kah rahi hai ki ab apko pata chalega ki pareshan hona kise kahate hai
Humari company ne vaha k BM ko phon karke complaint ki to wo bole nahi nahi aisa nahi hua hai hum 3rd party cash k liye mana kar rahe the jabki voice recording me lady cashier saf saf badtamiji kar rahi hai
BM ne kaha ki aap bhejiye cash jama ho raha hai

Updated by Manish dixitt Jab aaj hum gaye to lady cashier ne mobile pocket se bahar nikalne ko kaha ki tum log recording karke complaint karte ho mobile jeb me rakho nahi to police ko bula denge ki enhone camera khola hai
Aur hame turant hi hamare account close karne k liye 3 form diye ki aap fill karke do
Aapne teeno account close karao
