ICICI Bank — Late fine on icici credit card

Account number[protected] under name of Atul Viplav As I am using icici Amazon card but in my app two cards are reflecting and I have made the payment on card for 1000 rs but due to some issue it was updated on different card and now late fine is levied of 750rs. I am using this care from past 3 years and there is no single late fine or any due which is missed .so Please reverse my amount so that I can pay the rest amount .I have done calls to icici and waiting time was 30 miny and call got disconnected without conversation also mail is marked from my registered mail id but still no revert is there.i am frustrated with the response of icici
