[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Late Payment Fee | |||||
I had paid my VISA credit card bill from my HDFC bank through net banking. The payment was done on 1st Sept. before due date (2nd Sept) and the bank has mentioned to make payment 2-3 days before payment. The money was deducted from my account on day 1st itself. After 6 days I get a sms that ICICI will charge me late fee as they have received money on 6th Sept. After various attempt to contacting the different levels of customer grievances at ICICI Bank.
